As MJM Cleaning & Maintenance Ltd are continuing to expand we require a part time Customer Support/Sales Administrator to repressent us in the South Wales Area.
An excellent telephone manner is essential along with being confident and professional.
Experieince in a similar role is preferred.
The hours per week will be between 16 to 20 hours. You will need to be flexible in covering sickness and holidays of other members of staff.
Starting and finishing times will be negotiated but our office opening times are between 08.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
MJM Cleaning & Maintenance are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and our Customer Support staff are vital in ensuring that our clients expectations are being met. We pride ourselves in taking a proactive approach to customer care and duties will include regularly checking in with clients and cleaners, recording information on the company database, ensuring that any issues are dealt with quickly and appropriately, telesales and monitoring renewal dates for cleaning contracts. You will preferably have experience in customer service, telesales, scanning, database, letter and email writing, maintaining and creating spread sheets but training can be provided to the right candidate.
Rates of pay:
